Elevate Mobile Detailing is a mobile car detailing business owned and operated by Anthony Earley, serving Morgantown, West Virginia and the surrounding area. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in the booking form on this site, or contact us by phone, text or email, we may collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, details about your vehicle and where it will be parked, and anything else you choose to tell us about the job.

Why we collect it

One reason only. To contact you about a detailing appointment, give you a price, confirm a time, and carry out the work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The only parties who may handle your details are the services we use to run the business, such as the form provider that delivers your enquiry to us, or Meta if you contacted us through a Facebook or Instagram ad. They handle it on our behalf and under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep customer contact details for as long as needed to service your vehicle and handle any follow-up, then no longer than reasonably necessary for our records.

Having your information deleted

You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will. Email [email protected] and say you would like your details removed.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use analytics tools to understand how people find and use it. These collect general usage data and do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site or contact us.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
